Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy and vision of the company, ensuring alignment with our mission to deliver sustainable food solutions.
- Oversee daily operations across the farm, processing plant, and distribution network.
- Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize cost structures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders – farmers, suppliers, distributors, and local government bodies.
- Drive product innovation by working closely with R&D and marketing teams to launch new items that meet consumer demand.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community meetings.
Tools & Equipment
We use a mix of traditional and modern tools: from handheld GPS devices for field mapping to advanced ERP software for inventory and sales. You’ll also have access to our state‑of‑the‑art processing plant, equipped with automated sorting machines, cold storage units, and a quality control lab.
