What the Job Looks Like
- Start your day at Sri Ramamy Home workshop, where the team checks the list of deliveries for the day.
- Pick up small parcels from the shop and deliver them to nearby villages like Veerankuppam, Gudivada, and Uppalapadu.
- Use a mixtile of 4‑wheel motorbike and lightweight parcel van. The van is fitted with a GPS tracker and a climate‑controlled compartment for perishable goods.
- Coordinate with the dispatch officer via a mobile app to confirm real‑time delivery status.
- Maintain a neat logbook and handle payments in cash or UPI for any callbacks.
- End your shift by cleaning the vehicle and updating the inventory of spare parts.

Growth Path
You start as a Courier Driver and, after 6 months of on‑the‑job training and a clean driving record, you can move up to an Area Supervisor – managing a fleet of 5 vehicles and a team of 3 drivers. Performance reviews are informal and we reward any initiative with a raise or a ticket to the campus training in Chennai.

- Motorbike (600cc), 2 cab vans (5‑person capacity)
- Mobile phone with GPS and company app installed

- Basic first aid kit and spare tire on each vehicle

Salary & Perks
- Monthly salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (depending on kilometres covered and reliability)
