Day‑to‑day, you will be the first point of contact for patients arriving at our clinic. You will greet them with a smile, guide them through registration, and ensure their medical records are accurately entered into our electronic health record (EHR) system. You will also assist nurses with basic tasks such as taking vitals, preparing medication trays, and helping patients understand their treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and verifying insurance information.
- Assisting with forms and ensuring all data is entered correctly.
- Measuring blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and recording results.
- Preparing medication trays under the supervision of a nurse.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling follow‑up appointments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Tools and equipment you will use are:
- Computer with our EHR software (a simple interface that we train on).
- Basic medical devices – blood pressure cuff, thermometer, pulse oximeter.
- Mobile phone for internal communication and patient reminders.
