As a Corporate Compliance Executive at TriSquare Technologies, you’ll be the guardian of our company’s rules and regulations. Day‑to‑Day at TriSquare
Our mornings start with a short team huddle—everyone shares what they’re working on and any regulatory updates. You’ll spend the rest of your day reviewing processes, conducting internal audits, and liaising with the legal team. Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Documentation: Perform monthly audits of our production lines, ensuring all safety and environmental certifications are up‑to‑date. Example: spotting a missing H&S permit for a new machine and coordinating with the vendor to get it corrected.
- Policy Development: Draft clear policies on data protection for our client consultations. For instance, creating a checklist that ensures every client meets GDPR‑like data handling standards.
- Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for local regulators and for our senior management. You’ll use tools like Excel, Word, and our in‑house compliance tracking portal.
- Training & Awareness: Design short, informal 15‑minute sessions for staff on topics like anti‑corruption or timely invoice processing.
Tools & Equipment
Office is equipped with standard phones, laptops, and a robust LAN connection for secure data sharing. You’ll also use our proprietary compliance dashboard accessible via a web portal. All data is backed up daily to a secure server.
Work Environment
Our office is a 3‑story building on north‑side of the town, easily accessible via local bus routes. It’s a relaxed environment with open‑plan cubicles, a common area for tea and coffee, and a small library corner for professional reading.
