We are located in the heart of Tiruvannamalai, right next to the bustling market square. We are looking for a Junior Executive to join our sales and operations team.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the first point of contact for farmers and buyers. You will greet them at the office, answer their queries, and help them place orders. On the field, you will accompany senior team members to pick up produce, check quality, and ensure timely delivery. Your work will be a mix of office tasks and field visits, giving you a well‑rounded experience of the entire supply chain.

The office is a small, airy space with a few desks, a shared kitchen, and a big whiteboard where we jot down ideas. We also have a small workshop area where we do basic packaging and labeling.
Opportunities for growth are real. We start you with basic training on our product line, CRM software, and safety protocols. After a few months, you can move into a Senior Executive role, take on more complex accounts, or even lead a small team. We also offer cross‑training in logistics and marketing, so you can broaden your skill set.
Responsibilities explained with real examples:
- Contacting 10–15 farmers daily via phone or in person to confirm order details.
- Using Excel to log orders, track inventory, and generate weekly sales reports.
- Accompanying senior executives to the fields to pick up produce, checking weight and quality against our standards.
- Coordinating with the transport team to schedule pickups and ensure on‑time delivery to buyers.
- Handling customer complaints and providing quick solutions, often turning a dissatisfied buyer into a loyal client.
Tools and equipment you’ll use:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Mobile phone with our dedicated work number
- GPS device or smartphone for route planning
- Basic packaging tools in the workshop (bags, labels, tape)
Environment: The office is a modest building with a small kitchen and a workshop area. We also spend a lot of time in the fields and on the road, so you should be comfortable with a mix of indoor and outdoor work. The work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend visits if a big order comes in.
