What We’re Looking For
We need an Efficiency Executive to help us make our production process faster, cleaner and more profitable. If you are energetic, a bit of a neat freak and like solving everyday problems, you’ll fit right in.
Day‑to‑Day Life
On a typical weekday you’ll:
- Watch a live video from the packing line to spot any bottlenecks.
- Update a shared spreadsheet with your observations – what takes long, what can be done in steps of 5 minutes.
- Meet the shop’s cashier to see how inventory is handled – from receipt of a new shipment to discounting at the register.
- Suggest simple tools – like a new type of label printer – that save time for everyone.
We’re a close‑knit team of about 25 people who meet every Thursday for a 15‑minute “coffee chat” to share wins and laugh at the small hiccups. The atmosphere is casual but we keep deadlines in mind. You’ll have a regular desk, a chair that doesn’t squeak, and a small whiteboard in your corner for tracking your ideas.
Tools & Equipment
The job uses common office software – Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Drive, and a simple desktop printer. On the shop floor you’ll get to work with a scanner and a barcode system we installed last year. Your first day will include a quick hands‑on session with the senior tech to help you log data from the machines.
Career Growth
We love to promote from within. After about a year of proving you can cut waste by 10%, you could step into a junior process‑engineering role, or help lead a small team that designs new packaging. The next big step could be Managing Production or even running a branch in a nearby town. Regular quarterly reviews keep you on track to move up – no hidden KPIs.
