What a Day Looks Like
Imagine stepping into a vibrant shop full of colourful shelves, a friendly staff greeting “Good morning! How can I help you?” A typical day starts with a quick 10‑minute team huddle. We share last night’s sales tips, a product highlight and a small game to keep spirits high. After the huddle, you’re handed a pair of markers, a small notebook and a shelf‑sticker “new arrival”. You spend most of your day helping customers find the right gadgets, answering queries about warranties, explaining how a power bank works, and logging every sale in our simple POS system.

Your Day‑by‑Day Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing the right product for their needs.
- Maintain eye‑catching shelf displays; restock items and keep the shop tidy.
- Operate the POS system to process purchases and provide receipts.
- Handle returns or complaints politely and refer to the supervisor if needed.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and alert the store manager when stocks are low.
- Help inside the shop during a flash sale — run the register, bag items, and ensure smooth flow.
Tools and Equipment
• POS terminal (with card reader)

Work Environment
You’ll be working in a modern retail shop located in the town center, open 10 AM – 8 PM. The shop has a sunny layout, well‑ventilated, and plenty of natural light. The team wears comfortable cotton shirts and bright vests with the company logo.
