What We Do Day‑to‑Day
Our office is located on Road No. 3, Chennapally in the heart of Kothagudem. On a typical day, we start with a quick 10‑minute huddle to share updates. The rest of the day is a mix of field visits to clients, setting up integration flows, and troubleshooting on the spot. Your Responsibilities
- Client On‑boarding: Meet with SMEs to understand their existing hand‑off processes, gather data flow requirements, and design a seamless integration diagram.
- Setup & Testing: Install and configure connectors on the client side, then run end‑to‑end tests to satisfy the QA checklist. Example: integrating a customer’s local inventory DB with their online portal via API.
- Documentation: Write clear user guides in both English and Telugu for everyday users.
- Support: Act as the first line of support for 3‑4 smaller clients, troubleshooting errors with a 1‑hour SLA.
- Feedback Loop: Share field insights back to the product team so we can refine our tools.
