As an Innovation Executive, you will be the creative spark for our small but passionate team. Every day, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, UI designers, and marketing specialists to design new products for local retailers in Alipurduar and surrounding districts.

Key responsibilities include conducting maret research, piloting new use‑cases, and writing clear product briefs. For example, you might lead a pilot chat‑bot for a local grocery chain, tracking engagement metrics in Google Sheets and presenting insights to stakeholders.
You’ll work with tools like Airtable for project tracking, Figma for wire‑framing, and a Microsoft 365 subscription for documentation. We value hands‑on learning, so you’ll get time to experiment with 3D printers or Arduino kits in our small maker‑space.
