Responsibilities – In Plain English
- Handle day‑to‑day recruitment: post jobs on Naukri and LinkedIn, shortlist CVs, schedule on‑site interviews, and manage offer letters.
- Maintain personnel records digitally using Zoho People – track attendance, leaves and performance reviews.
- Run employee welfare programmes: health insurance enrolment, annual appraisals and a suggestion box that goes directly to the HR head.
- Act as the voice of staff: resolve conflicts that arise in the shop floor or in the office, arrange mediation if needed.
- Prepare quarterly HR reports for the management – we use Excel, Power‑Point and a bit of Google Sheets for quick dashboards.
Tools & Equipment
We work with a mix of legacy and cloud tools. Your desk will have a Windows PC, a scanner, a mobile phone, and access to MS Office, Zoho People, Google Workspace and a basic learning‑management system. You’ll also get a small budget for attending HR webinars or conferences in Delhi.
Growth Opportunities
Starting as an HR executive, you can move into HR manager or HR business partner roles in 2–3 years. We encourage internal learning; every team member has a 20‑hour internal training allowance per year. On weekends we sometimes have informal workshops on latest HR tech, which you can attend for free.
Our Environment
Our workplace is a semi‑open office adjacent to the textile workshop. The first 200 sq ft is our main office; the next block is a workshop where the fabrics are produced, with the machines buzzing in the background. Occasionally you may need to visit a client site in neighboring towns – we have a small company car for that.
