What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your mornings begin with a quick coffee meet‑up with the Accounts and Production teams. You’ll run the day‑to‑day HR duties such as answering staff queries, maintaining attendance logs, and processing wages on an online HR platform. In the afternoon you’ll conduct one‑to‑one performance chats, prepare onboarding documents for new hires, and help schedule training sessions with our local vocational college.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: posting ads, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting preliminary phone screens.
  • Maintain employee records, update HRIS (we use a simple cloud‑based HR portal), and generate monthly attendance reports.
  • Organize orientation for new hires and run monthly refresher workshops on health & safety.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee grievances and observations.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to process salary payouts, benefits, and statutory compliance.
  • Help set up our intranet bulletin board and distribute company newsletters.

Tools & Equipment

  • Windows PC with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Company’s mobile phone for daily communication.
  • Standard office supplies: printer, scanner, stationary.

Salary & Benefits
