Sunrise Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a family‑run hotel located in the heart of Narela, Delhi. We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Executive to join our team and help us deliver warm hospitality to our guests.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the front desk. You will greet them with a smile, check them in, and provide information about our rooms, amenities and local attractions. You will also handle phone calls, manage reservations through our PMS (Property Management System), and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready on time.
Our team culture is simple and supportive. We believe in open communication, teamwork and a little bit of fun. You will work closely with the front office manager, the housekeeping supervisor and the kitchen staff. We hold weekly huddles where everyone can share ideas and celebrate small wins.

Responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out, handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Managing the reservation system and updating room availability.
- Answering guest queries via phone, email or in person.
- Coordinating with housekeeping to resolve room issues.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assisting with event bookings and catering requests.
We use a modern PMS called HotelPro, a POS terminal for payments, and a simple spreadsheet for tracking housekeeping schedules. You will also use a basic phone system and a small office computer.
The work environment is a busy hotel lobby with a mix of local guests and tourists. You will be on your feet most of the day, but we provide comfortable seating and a supportive team to help you manage the flow.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a monthly performance bonus, free meals during your shift, and a company uniform.
