Green Earth Farms is looking for a dedicated Harvest Worker to join our team in Dadra. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a sustainable agricultural initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the harvesting of various crops using both manual and mechanical methods.
- Sort and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment like tractors and harvesters under guidance.
- Assist in basic irrigation and soil maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in the field and warehouse.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is a must. This is a full-time position with day shifts.
