What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with payroll team to process monthly invoices; for example, helping a new joiner set up their Provident Fund account.
- Maintain an updated benefit catalog on our HRMS software (SAP SuccessFactors). That includes reviewing hospital reimbursements and updating dental plans.
- Answer benefits queries via email, chat, and face‑to‑face – like a senior staff member asking if they can claim a health check‑up in Hyderabad.
- Help in organizing “Health and Wellness” events (yoga sessions, health check camps) at the local community hall.
- Track and analyze benefits usage across departments; present insights in every monthly HR meeting.
We use SAP SuccessFactors for HRMS, Microsoft Office 365, and a simple web‑based portal for employee self‑service. You’ll get a desktop, a headset, and a company mobile. We run a flexible, hybrid schedule – two days in office, three days remote (from your home near the lake). The work-from-home set‑up includes a Wi‑Fi access point and an ergonomic chair.
We hire people living in or near Guntur so you can commute comfortably. We understand the challenges of commuting and provide a stipend for public transport.
We offer a competitive salary with a monthly base of ₹28,000–₹32,000, plus performance bonuses and regular training.
