As a Gaming Executive, you will be the face of our gaming lounge, responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them with game selections, managing bookings, and ensuring all gaming equipment is functioning properly. You will also help organize and promote gaming tournaments and events, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for all visitors.
We believe in growing together. At FunZone, you'll receive hands-on training in customer service and gaming technology. There are clear paths for advancement to Senior Gaming Executive or even Lounge Supervisor for those who show initiative and dedication.
We're looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine enthusiasm for gaming. Basic computer skills are required, and previous experience in customer service is a plus, though not mandatory.
