Bloom & Buds, a newly opened local flower shop in Dimapur, is looking for a reliable and friendly Flower Delivery Driver to join our small team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving and making people smile with fresh flowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements to customers' homes and event venues across Dimapur and nearby areas.
- Work closely with our floral designers to understand special delivery instructions.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing our brand with a smile.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fuel).
- Help with light duties in the shop when not on a delivery (e.g., sorting flowers, cleaning vases).
We're a small, family-like team that values punctuality, honesty, and a positive attitude. You'll be working in a supportive environment where your ideas are heard. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to grow into a Route Supervisor role as we expand.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month, based on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week with a rotational day off.
