As a Fitness Executive, you will be the face of our club, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting fitness assessments, designing personalised workout plans, and assisting members in achieving their health goals. You will also help promote our wellness programs and maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the fitness areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct fitness assessments and orientation for new members.
- Design and update personalised workout plans based on member goals.
- Promote and educate members on upcoming wellness programs and challenges.
- Ensure the fitness area is clean, organised, and equipment is functional.
- Provide basic guidance on exercise techniques and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Physical Education or related field is a plus.
- Basic certification in fitness training (e.g., CPR, Certified Personal Trainer) is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
