Key Responsibilities:
- Visit partner farms across the region to monitor organic farming practices.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of produce.
- Maintain strong relationships with local farmers and address any concerns they might have.
- Prepare weekly reports on field operations and supply chain metrics.
- Assist in organizing local farmer training sessions on sustainable practices.
