We are TechWave Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a growing IT services company based in Bongaigaon, Assam. We specialise in custom software development, cloud solutions and digital transformation for small and medium businesses in the region. We are looking for an Engineering Executive to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high quality solutions to our clients.
What a typical day looks like
On a normal day you will start with a quick stand‑up meeting with the product and design teams, review the backlog and plan your tasks for the day. You will then dive into coding, testing and debugging, while keeping an eye on the project timeline. In the afternoon you might join a client call to gather requirements or give a status update. We work in a hybrid model – you can work from the office or from home, but we do meet in person at least once a week to keep the team spirit alive.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews with peers.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
- Help junior developers with debugging and best practices.
- Document APIs and maintain technical documentation.
Tools & equipment
- Development: IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, Docker.
- Project management: Jira, Confluence.
- Communication: Slack, Zoom.
- Hardware: 24‑inch monitor, ergonomic chair, high‑speed internet.
Work environment
Our office is located on Main Road, Bongaigaon. It is a modern 3‑storey building with a shared kitchen, a small lounge area and a dedicated meeting room. The office is open and airy, with plenty of natural light. We also have a small outdoor garden where you can take a short walk during lunch breaks.
