We are a growing distribution company seeking a dedicated and proactive Zone Executive to manage and expand our operations in the Dimapur region. This is an on-field role, perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and solving problems on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations within your assigned zone, ensuring timely product delivery and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, partners, and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, understand local needs, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the central logistics and sales teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, market feedback, and competitor activity updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Age 22-30, with a graduate degree (any discipline). Freshers with a go-getter attitude are welcome!
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).
- Comfortable with extensive local travel within the zone (a two-wheeler is a must; vehicle allowance provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for report writing.
