Day‑to‑day, you will spend time in our open‑plan office, collaborating with the production, logistics, and quality teams. We start each morning with a quick huddle where we review the previous day’s metrics and set targets for the day. You’ll be expected to analyse those metrics, spot trends, and suggest simple tweaks that can save time or reduce waste. For example, if the packing line is running 5% slower than the benchmark, you might recommend a new layout or a small training session for the operators.

Responsibilities include:
• Collecting and analysing production data using Excel and SAP.
• Conducting time‑study and value‑stream mapping in the workshop.
• Drafting standard operating procedures and training manuals.
• Coordinating with the field team to ensure raw material quality meets our standards.
• Reporting findings to the Operations Manager and suggesting actionable improvements. You’ll use tools like Minitab for statistical analysis, and we provide a laptop, a mobile phone, and access to our internal knowledge base.
The work environment is a mix of office and field. Our office is a 3‑storey building with a relaxed vibe – open desks, a small kitchen, and a quiet corner for focused work. We also spend a few days a month visiting farms in the surrounding hills to understand the supply chain firsthand. The role is fully paid, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, depending on experience.
