Our shift starts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the day crew, and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM for the night squad. The morning is all about picking, packing, and staging orders for pickup by local couriers. We use a simple but effective barcode system on handheld scanners – no fancy software, just clean, paper‑less labels and a whisper‑quiet pallet racking setup. Responsibilities with Real‑World Context

- Inventory Checks: Conduct daily spot‑checks against the stock‑list. Once a week, you help the team count shelves before the restocking run.
- Label & Deliver: Apply correct labels and move parcels to the pickup zone. Coordinate with the delivery riders to expedite smooth departures.
- Eco‑Responsibility: Recycle packaging waste. We use biodegradable boxes and aim for zero plastic by 2027.
Tools & Equipment
