Development Executives spend time analysing client requirements, drafting proposals, and working closely with the sales and engineering teams to create realistic project plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery calls to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Create detailed development roadmaps and KPI dashboards using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with QA to define test plans and conduct code reviews.
- Prepare presentation decks and demo prototypes for stakeholders.
- Track project progress in real‑time and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
Tools & Equipment
You will work on a high‑performance laptop (MacBook Pro or Dell XPS) and access cloud‑based environments on AWS. Our internal tools include Jira, Confluence, Slack, and a shared Google Workspace suite. Field visits to client sites are occasional, but mostly the work is done in our well‑lit office.
