What a typical day looks like
Our delivery riders start the day around 8:30 AM. We hand out a list of orders for the day, and you pick up the first batch from our small kitchen or partner restaurant. You’ll use our branded delivery bag and a simple GPS app on your phone to navigate the streets of Koriya. The day is a mix of quick deliveries in the town centre and a few longer trips to nearby villages. We keep the schedule flexible so you can take breaks when you need them.

We are a close‑knit group of 15 people. Everyone knows each other’s names and we celebrate small wins together – like a successful delivery during a heatwave or a new customer who loves our service. Starting as a Delivery Person gives you a solid foundation in logistics and customer service. After 6 months, you can become a Senior Rider, handling more complex routes and mentoring new hires. In the long run, you could move into a Dispatch Coordinator role, managing the whole delivery schedule, or even help design new delivery routes to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities (real examples)
- Pick up orders from the kitchen or partner restaurants and ensure they are packed correctly.
- Use the company’s GPS app to find the fastest route to each customer’s address.
- Communicate with customers politely, especially when there are delays or special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your delivery bag and report any damage to the manager.
- Keep a log of deliveries in the app, noting any issues or feedback from customers.
- Assist in inventory checks for the next day’s orders.
Tools & equipment
You will be provided with a sturdy delivery bag, a mobile phone with our delivery app, and a small set of safety gear (helmet, reflective vest). We also give you a prepaid SIM card for work calls. The bike or scooter you use can be your own or one we provide – we’ll cover maintenance costs.
Work environment
Most of your time will be spent on the road, but you will also spend a few hours at our small office in Koriya where you’ll do paperwork and attend briefings. The office is a relaxed space with a coffee corner and a small break room. The kitchen is where we prepare the meals, and it’s a lively place with the aroma of spices.
