FastTrack Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics company based in Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team and help us keep our promise of timely and safe deliveries to the local community.
Day‑to‑day, you will start your shift at 6:30 am, pick up parcels from our small warehouse, and head out on the roads that connect Bhatapara to nearby villages. You will use our mobile app to scan items, update delivery status, and get real‑time directions. A typical day might include delivering to a local school, a small shop in the market, and a few households in the outskirts.
Our team culture is simple and friendly. We treat each other like family, and we celebrate small wins together. You will work closely with a route manager who will guide you, and with a support staff that keeps the warehouse running smoothly. We value punctuality, honesty, and a can‑do attitude.
Growth opportunities are real. After six months of consistent performance, you can be promoted to Senior Delivery Executive, where you will manage a small team of two or three drivers. In the long run, you could move into route planning or operations management. We also offer cross‑training in customer service and inventory management.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking up and delivering parcels on time.
- Scanning items with the company smartphone and updating the system.
- Providing friendly customer service and handling any delivery issues.
- Keeping the delivery van clean and maintaining a log book.
- Reporting any vehicle or route problems to the manager.
Tools and equipment: You will receive a company van, a helmet, a reflective vest, and a smartphone with the FastTrack app. We also provide a small allowance for fuel and a monthly stipend for maintenance.
The work environment is mostly field‑based. You will spend most of your day on the road, but you will have a break at lunch in the company mess. The weather can be hot, so we encourage you to stay hydrated and wear light clothing.
We are looking for a local resident of Bhatapara or nearby villages. You should have a valid driving licence, a clean driving record, and a willingness to work early mornings and occasional weekends. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.
Salary: You will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, plus a small bonus for on‑time deliveries. We also offer a health insurance plan for you and your immediate family.
