Rajasthan Agro Development Pvt. Ltd. is a family‑run agricultural processing unit located in the heart of Dausa, Rajasthan. We grow, pack, and ship a variety of fresh produce to markets across the state and beyond. We are currently looking for enthusiastic General Laborers to join our production floor. No prior experience is required – we provide on‑the‑job training and a clear pathway to take on more responsibility over time.
What Atypical Day Looks Like
- Morning assembly – Gather at 7:00 AM for a quick briefing about the day’s schedule, safety reminders, and shift rotations.
- Material handling – Receive raw ingredients from the storeroom, inspect quality, and load them onto forklifts or conveyor belts.
- Packaging – Work on a dedicated station to pack produce into pre‑sealed cartons. Use hand tools such as tongs, cutters, and labeling machines.
- Maintenance & cleanliness – Ensure all tools and machinery are cleaned after use and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Shift wrap‑up – Document output numbers, tidy the work area, and hand over to the next shift.
Our shop floor is spacious, well‑ventilated, and equipped with standard industrial equipment – forklifts, pallet jacks, packing machines, and CCTV for safety. We provide all the necessary personal protective equipment like gloves, safety boots and helmets. The work environment is largely outdoor during harvest season but the main facilities are indoors with ample natural light.
