About the Role
As a Distribution Center Worker you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will help pick, pack and ship orders, keep the warehouse tidy, and support the team in meeting our delivery targets. The job is hands‑on, requires a bit of physical effort and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against packing lists.
- Use a handheld scanner to locate items in the warehouse and record their movement.
- Pack orders into cartons, label them correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Assist in loading trucks, ensuring the load is balanced and secure.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety guidelines.
- Help new hires learn the layout of the warehouse and basic safety procedures.
Tools & Equipment
We provide all the tools you need: a barcode scanner, pallet jack, hand truck, safety gloves and a simple inventory software. You will also wear a reflective vest and safety shoes at all times.
