Every day starts with a quick team huddle at our modest office on Bazaar Road. You’ll receive a brief of new bookings, review the day’s call logs, and set your top priorities. A typical shift involves answering emails, walking callers through itinerary details, and coordinating with our local guides to resolve last‑minute changes. By the end of the day, you’ll have helped at least 10 customers feel confident in their travel plans.
Our team is small but mighty. We share a casual office space, often chatting over steaming cups of masala chai. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email.
- Updating the CRM with accurate booking and feedback information.
- Collaborating with the operations team to smoothen travel itineraries.
- Proactively reaching out to guests before departure to confirm details.
- Collecting post‑trip reviews and sharing insights with the product group.
We equip you with a laptop, a landline, and access to our cloud‑based CRM platform.
