- Prepare weekly cost reports for the operations manager, highlighting any overruns and suggesting simple fixes—sometimes it’s just swapping a supplier or changing a packing method.
- Work closely with the procurement team to forecast budgets for the next 90 days. We use a basic Excel sheet with a few macros, so no heavy software training is needed.
- Assist in the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring that all entries match the invoices, bank statements, and physical inventory.
