What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the construction of residential and small commercial buildings
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment under supervision
- Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and unnecessary materials
- Mix, pour, and level concrete using hand tools
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times
