Day‑to‑Day Life

  • Morning routine: 9am start with a quick stand‑up, sharing updates and blockers with the customer support and technical teams.
  • Client calls: Handle 8–10 inbound calls daily, ranging from onboarding new clients to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Internal collaboration: Liaise with the product team to report feedback and feature requests. We use Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.
  • Wrap‑up: Update CRM (Zoho) with call logs, set follow‑up tasks, and send thank‑you emails.

Responsibilities (real examples)

  1. On a typical day, you might greet a new client calling to set up their account, guide them through the onboarding flow, and answer all their questions with patience. You’ll log every step in the CRM so the billing team can process their subscription.
  2. You’ll receive an email from a mid‑size retailer your company recently signed. They’re experiencing intermittent downtime. You will coordinate a time with the tech support, document the issue, and follow up with the client until it’s resolved, ensuring they feel heard.
  3. On a milestone bonus day, you have a 15‑minute check‑in with a long‑time client to discuss possible upsell opportunities. You review their recent usage stats, present a tailor‑made plan, and secure their agreement to upgrade.
