ABC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a local IT services provider based in Bhagalpur. We help small businesses in Bihar to digitise their operations and grow online. We are looking for a Client Executive to join our growing team.
Day‑to‑day life at ABC is simple and friendly. We start the day with a quick 15‑minute huddle where everyone shares what they plan to tackle. The office is a small open‑plan space with a few desks, a whiteboard, and a coffee machine that keeps the energy up. You’ll spend most of your time on the phone, in meetings, and on your laptop, using our in‑house CRM and Microsoft Office suite. We also use a few project‑management tools like Trello and Slack to keep everyone on the same page.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of 15‑20 local clients, ensuring their needs are met and upselling additional services.
- Conducting regular check‑in calls and face‑to‑face meetings to gather feedback and propose new solutions.
- Preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts using our CRM templates.
- Collaborating with the technical team to schedule project timelines and deliverables.
- Tracking sales metrics and reporting progress to the senior manager.
We use a standard laptop, a mobile phone, and a headset for calls. You’ll also get access to a company‑owned tablet for on‑site visits. All tools are provided, and we offer a small stipend for internet usage.
Environment: The office is located in the heart of Bhagalpur, close to the main market and public transport. It’s a safe, well‑lit space with a small break area and a kitchenette. The work hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1‑hour lunch break. We also allow flexible start times if you need to accommodate personal commitments.
