As our CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and expand our market presence across North India
- Leading and mentoring our team of department heads across operations, marketing, finance, and procurement
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring all departments work cohesively to meet quarterly targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key clients
- Driving innovation in our product line and exploring new market opportunities
