Day‑to‑day, you will start with a quick team huddle, then make client calls, visit local farms, and track sales in our CRM. You’ll also spend time in the field, meeting farmers, suppliers and distributors, and gathering feedback on our products.

Responsibilities include:
- Generate new leads by calling local farmers and agribusinesses.
- Schedule product demos and negotiate contracts.
- Track the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM and update Excel reports.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local events.
Tools and equipment you’ll use: a laptop, a mobile phone with our field‑data app, Microsoft Office, and the Zoho CRM platform. The office is a small, open‑plan space with a relaxed vibe, and there is a small workshop where we test seeds and run quality checks.
We offer a competitive salary of 25,000 to 45,000 INR per month, depending on experience and performance. In addition, you’ll receive a performance bonus, health insurance, and a company phone.
