We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can keep our daily operations running smoothly and help us grow together.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Start the day by checking emails and updating the shared calendar.
  • Answer phone calls from suppliers, farmers and customers – a quick chat can often solve a problem before it becomes a big one.
  • Prepare simple reports on inventory and sales using MS Office and our in‑house Excel templates.
  • Coordinate with the production team to schedule deliveries and pick‑ups.
  • Help with filing, photocopying and maintaining the office supplies list.

We work in a small, open‑plan office with a few desks, a shared kitchen and a small meeting corner. The environment is friendly and collaborative – everyone knows each other’s names and we often share a cup of chai during breaks. We value punctuality, honesty and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities (real examples):

  • Maintain the master spreadsheet of all suppliers – last month I updated 45 new entries and flagged a duplicate that saved us 2,000 rupees.
  • Schedule weekly meetings with the sales team and send reminders – I use Google Calendar and a simple email template.
  • Handle petty cash – I keep a log in a ledger and reconcile it with receipts every Friday.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly audit report – I gather data from the inventory system and cross‑check with the bank statements.
