Day‑to‑day, you will handle invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation of accounts. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure that every bill is accurate and sent on time. A typical morning might start with reviewing the previous day’s payments, then creating new invoices in our ERP system, and finally confirming receipts with the accounts department.

Growth opportunities are real. After 6 months, you can move into a Senior Billing role or even a Finance Analyst position. We also offer training in advanced Excel, SAP, and data analytics. You will get hands‑on experience with our billing software, QuickBooks, and the in‑house ERP.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate and send invoices to clients using QuickBooks.
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements with billing records.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Assist in month‑end closing and audit preparation.
Tools and equipment: You will use a standard office setup – a desktop computer, a high‑speed internet connection, a printer, and a scanner. We provide a company laptop and a mobile phone for client communication.
The office is located in a quiet part of Puducherry, close to the bus stand and a local market. It’s a small, open‑plan space with a few desks, a meeting room, and a kitchen area where we share snacks and coffee. The environment is friendly, with a mix of experienced staff and fresh graduates.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, a 13th month bonus, and a health insurance plan for you and your immediate family. You will also receive a monthly transport allowance and a small stipend for training courses.
