Welcome to Rajasthan Hospitality Pvt Ltd, a family‑run hotel group that has been serving guests in Bikaner for over 20 years. We are looking for a Hospitality Executive to join our front‑office team and help us keep the warm, personal touch that our guests love.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our 4‑star resort. From checking in, answering queries, to coordinating with housekeeping and food & beverage, you will make sure every stay feels like home.
Our team culture is simple: we treat each other like family, celebrate small wins, and always keep the guest experience first. We have weekly huddles where ideas are shared over chai and snacks, and we encourage everyone to bring their own flair to the job.
Growth opportunities are real. After 6 months you can move into a Guest Relations Manager role, or you can specialise in event coordination or revenue management. We provide on‑the‑job training and support you to attend short courses in hospitality management.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing front‑desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and guest complaints.
- Using our POS system (Square) and PMS (Hotelogix) to process payments and update room status.
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and social media messages from guests.
- Assisting in organising local tours and events for guests.
Tools and equipment you will use: a laptop, a POS terminal, a mobile phone, and a headset for call handling. The work environment is a busy front‑office desk in a 4‑star resort, with a view of the courtyard and a small kitchen area for quick snacks.
