We specialise in residential and commercial roofing projects across Bihar and neighbouring states. We are looking for a Roofing Helper to join our team and help us keep roofs safe and dry.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Every morning we gather at the workshop on Main Market Road. We start with a quick briefing on the day’s tasks, safety checks and the weather forecast. You will be assigned to a small crew of experienced roofers. Your day will involve lifting materials, measuring roof dimensions, and assisting with the installation of shingles, tiles or metal sheets. We work mostly outdoors, so you’ll spend a lot of time on the roof, but we also spend time in the workshop preparing tools and materials.

We have a relaxed dress code but safety gear is mandatory. We also have a weekly “team talk” where we discuss new techniques and share ideas.
Growth Opportunities
We believe in training on the job. After a few months you can learn how to read roof plans, use a laser level and even start supervising small sections of a project. If you show dedication, you can move up to a senior helper or a junior roofer role. We also offer occasional workshops on safety and new roofing materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist roofers with material handling and setup.
- Help with measuring, cutting and fitting roof tiles or shingles.
- Maintain a clean work area and store tools properly.
- Follow safety guidelines – wear helmets, gloves and safety boots.
- Support the crew in lifting heavy loads and moving equipment.
- Help with basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
Tools & Equipment
We provide all the necessary tools – ladders, scaffolding, safety harnesses, measuring tapes, shovels and a small toolbox. You will also use a power drill, a nail gun and a hammer. We keep the equipment in good condition and replace any worn parts promptly.
Work Environment
Our main office is a small shop on Main Market Road, but most of your work will be outdoors on roofs of houses, schools and small offices. The weather can be hot in summer and cool in winter, so we schedule the most physically demanding tasks during the cooler hours. We also have a small break area with a fridge and a tea pot.
