We are Sundar Design Pvt. Ltd., a growing creative studio based in Bhagalpur, Bihar. We specialise in branding, digital illustration and UI/UX design for local businesses and NGOs. We are looking for a Design Executive to join our small but energetic team.
Day‑to‑day life at Sundar Design is a mix of collaborative brainstorming, client meetings and hands‑on design work. Every morning we start with a quick stand‑up in our open office space, where ideas flow freely and everyone gets a chance to share their progress. The office is located on Main Street, 123, Bhagalpur, with a relaxed vibe and a small kitchen where we share chai and snacks.

Growth opportunities are real. As a Design Executive you will start by handling small projects, then move on to larger accounts and eventually lead a project team. Responsibilities (with real examples):
- Design marketing collateral for local NGOs – e.g., create a brochure for a literacy campaign in Patna.
- Develop UI mockups for a mobile app for a local bank – using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with the copywriter to produce engaging social media graphics – e.g., a series of Instagram posts for a food festival.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Participate in client calls, understand their vision and translate it into visual concepts.
Tools & equipment:
- MacBook Pro or Windows PC with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Figma for UI/UX design.
- Sketching tools – pencils, markers, a small whiteboard.
- High‑resolution scanner for hand‑drawn artwork.
Environment:
- Open office with natural light, a small meeting room and a relaxed lounge area.
- Occasional field visits to client sites – e.g., a school in Bhagalpur or a local market.
- Work from home option on Fridays if needed.
