Rohit Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a family‑run manufacturing unit located in the heart of Basti. We produce high quality kitchen utensils and household items that are sold across Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for a Manufacturing Executive who can join our team and help us keep the production line running smoothly.
Day‑to‑day, you will be working in our workshop, which is a busy but friendly environment. You will start your shift at 8:00 am, do a quick safety briefing, and then move to the assembly line. Your main tasks will include checking raw material quality, operating hand tools and small CNC machines, and ensuring that every product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities explained with real examples:
- Inspect incoming steel sheets for scratches or dents before they enter the cutting area.
- Set up a CNC lathe to produce 50 pieces of a new design within a 4‑hour shift.
- Keep a log of machine downtime and report it to the maintenance team.
- Help a new colleague learn the safety protocol for handling hot metal.
- Participate in weekly quality review meetings and suggest improvements.
Tools and equipment you will use include:
- Hand tools – wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers.
- Small CNC machines – 3‑axis milling and turning.
- Safety gear – gloves, safety glasses, ear protection.
- Quality inspection tools – calipers, micrometers, and a simple digital camera for documentation.
The environment is a typical workshop with a mix of metalworking and assembly. The shop floor is well lit, and we maintain a strict cleanliness policy. You will work closely with the quality control team and the maintenance crew to keep everything running smoothly.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a monthly performance bonus, free lunch, and a health insurance plan for you and your immediate family.
