We are Sundar Retail Pvt. Ltd., a growing retail chain that serves the people of Balangir and surrounding areas. Our office is a cozy 200 sq. ft. space in the heart of the town, where a team of 12 people work together to keep our stores stocked and our customers happy.
As a Compensation Executive, you will be the backbone of our payroll system. You will handle salary calculations, tax deductions, and monthly payslips for all 120 employees. You will also help with benefits administration, like health insurance and leave balances.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Collect timesheets and attendance data from the HR portal.
- Use Excel and our in‑house HRIS to compute gross and net pay.
- Prepare and send payslips via email or printed copies.
- Answer queries from staff about deductions or leave.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payroll budgets.
We use simple tools – Microsoft Office, a basic HRIS, and a few Google Apps. No fancy software is needed, but you should be comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience. The job is full‑time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1‑hour lunch break.
