Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow distribution channels in the Pasighat region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned areas.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or distribution (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in local languages and Hindi.
