We are GreenTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a growing tech startup based in Tura, Meghalaya. We help local businesses streamline their application processes using simple software tools. We are looking for an Application Executive to join our small but energetic team.
Day‑to‑day, you will sit at our open‑plan office, greet visitors, and help them fill out application forms. You will also verify documents, enter data into our CRM, and keep the database up to date. In the afternoons we sometimes go to nearby villages to collect applications in person – a good chance to meet the community.
Team culture is relaxed but focused. We have a weekly tea break at 10 am where we share ideas and jokes. Everyone is encouraged to speak up in our daily stand‑up meetings. We celebrate birthdays and project milestones with a small cake.
Growth opportunities are real. After 6 months of good performance you can move to Senior Application Executive or even a Training Coordinator role, where you will teach new hires how to use our tools. We also sponsor you to attend local workshops on data entry and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and guiding them through the application process.
- Collecting and verifying documents such as ID proofs, income statements, and certificates.
- Entering data accurately into our CRM (Zoho) and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintaining a tidy front‑desk area and ensuring all forms are filed correctly.
- Assisting the team with occasional field visits to nearby villages.
Tools and equipment you will use:
- Computer with Windows 10, MS Office, and Zoho CRM.
- Smartphone for field visits and quick communication.
- Basic office supplies – pens, stapler, scanner.
Environment: A small office building with 10 employees, open‑plan layout, and a shared kitchen. The office is located at 123, Main Road, Tura, postal code 792101.
We also provide regular training sessions on customer service and data security.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience. We also provide a monthly transport allowance and a small health insurance plan.
