You will start your morning by checking the inbox for client queries, then move on to updating our CRM, and finally spend the afternoon assisting customers with software installation and troubleshooting. We work in a small office with a few desks, a whiteboard, and a coffee machine that keeps everyone going.

Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Installing and configuring our flagship application on Windows and Android devices.
- Documenting common issues in our knowledge base.
- Assisting in the rollout of new features during beta testing.
- Collecting feedback from users and sharing it with the product team.
Tools and equipment you’ll use:
- Windows 10 laptop with our internal software suite.
- Remote desktop tools like TeamViewer.
- CRM platform (HubSpot).
- Basic office supplies – pens, sticky notes, and a whiteboard marker.
Environment: The office is located on Main Street, Ponda, with easy access to local shops and a small park. It’s a cozy space with natural light, a small kitchenette, and a relaxed dress code. You’ll work alongside 5 other team members, all of whom are passionate about technology and customer service.
